“Practical Project Management”

Overview

The training content is based on the project management leading standard PMBOK® Guide 6-th Edition and Agile Practice Guide developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

The aim of the training is to give knowledge and practical skills on application of effective methods, tools and techniques of contemporary project management, including Agile project management.

Training participants will learn how to plan the scope of project works, develop project schedule and estimate expenses, to monitor execution of the project performance baseline and fix variations from that baseline plan.

They will learn how to identify and effectively engage project stakeholders in project processes, learn to proactively define the project threats and opportunities and successfully manage them.

The practical methods and tools used in management of project resources and communications will be considered.

Project execution, monitoring and controlling, as well as closing processes will be discussed.

Specifics of Agile project management relevant to all knowledge areas will be considered with discussion of practical cases.

The real-life project cases and exercises will be discussed in the training process, also with application of project management software tools. 

Leading Expert

The training is delivered by Mikayel Nshanyan, PMP®, PhD, who has extensive experience in managing of telecom, IT and infrastructure construction projects. He developed and delivered PM trainings of varying levels, including PMP® certification exam prep course..

The training is intended for those who want to obtain or expend their practical knowledge and skills on project management.

The training will be conducted in a training room, equipped with relevant facilities and tools with application of effective methods of teaching and perception.  

Training Language

The training will be conducted in Armenian. The PowerPoint slides, software interface and supporting material will be in English.

Training fee:  91 000 AMD (including VAT )

At the end of the training the participants will receive a certificate.
