Empowering Science

 

DESCRIPTION


Armenian-Indian Center for Excellence in ICT (AITC) and Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) with the support of PMI Science is implementing the “Empowering Science” Program for academic scientists, Ph.D. and master students.

The aim of the “Empowering Science” Program is to increase the number of qualified specialists due to developing science and technology in our high education. The main goal is to offer specialized courses aimed at targeted demands of different academic audience and to provide participants with the knowledge and skills gained in these areas for their future successful work in Armenia.

Python for Data Science

 

 KNOWLEDGE TO BE GAINED


Python language basics:

  • Modules and packages, variables and types, lists, string formatting and operations, conditions, loops, functions, dictionaries, etc.

Data science basics

  • Numpy, Pandas

Advanced topics:

  • Implementation of the basics algorithms of: regression, dimensionality reduction, principle component analysis, classification, clustering, etc.  using Keras and Tensorflow
